Water pump went and big Green spot on driveway. Coolant dripping steady even just sitting there parked overnight.

Bad part is my taco is needing a steering rack since it's binding and leaking from dirt in loose boot.

Hope there is a pump locally today.

This was my gift, my boy help me lower my race ram

 

Found a new duralast pump two towns over. Had to rent a 47mm wrench for fan clutch and then buy chain vice grips wrench from Harbour freight 10 bucks three towns over. Went fairly well until the top neck bolts broke. Another run for parts but my dad did it while I assembled.

Filled it with distilled water but wishing for distilled spirits at this point. ​​​​​​Fired up and looked like new pump was leaking. Gah!

Took it for a spin just in case it was fluids from working on it and I was right. Came home with no leaks.

Dumped the water and filled with 2 gallons AF and rest water. Now the top of rad has a Crack that I will solder tomorrow. I'm done for the day.

Not what I planned to do and my kids were bored while I worked and the ex bitched about it. WTF this is my day!

Finally having a good diner alone with a beer while GF goes to sisters for a few. I need a shower bad after my early wake up with girl friend. ~
