Where to find OEM Air Box/Intake

I recently bought a 2006 6.0 this year and it came with a cold air intake. This is a simple set up with a intake pipe and an open blue filter you have to oil. I don't know the brand but I know that cold air intakes, especially the ones you have to oil, can be very hard on the 6.0. Just curious if anyone knows where I could get the stock set up so I don't have to contstantly worry about my turbo

I picked up one of a member at the local salvage yard.
It was still under $75 after the shipping.

And then one wonders why you would even want a stock COLD AIR intake filter, when you can have a kewl one, like all the ******ers their slammed asian cars have, that look sooooo kewl under your hood, pulling HOT engine bay air in...

Sometimes you can tell the age of a poster just from the knowledge they seek, or reject...

You go OP!!! Stock and push it to 500HP and then lets talk

Didn't you know, by sucking that hot air in to the engine, increases cold air flow into the underhood area!!?? LoL

And those spinning hubcaps increase your fuel mileage AND acceleration!

Craigslist. Usually the best buy, if you can find one on there.

Yep, right on Bob.

Always idiots out there that get these trucks, and the first thing that these ignorant people want to do is get a CAI setup. Or should I say an HAI? Hot Air Intake?!?!??!

At least the OP is on the right track for looking into re-installing a stock filtration system.

Thanks for all the help and links fellas. I don't need this cold air because I don't plan to make a bunch of horsepower, I'm just using the pickup as a farm vehicle. I may add a tuner eventually but I'll be fine for now This thread just saved me a lot of headace!

With farm dust, you really do need the stock assembly, along with the more expensive but stock blue filter, not white.

I'm surprised on eBay there are over $100 as CL usually has them cheaper. If someone has an offer set up for their auction try it. As a long term eBayer I'm used to auctions and Buy It Now situations. But over the last year I've been doing more offers and finding the seller is willing.
