Creaking/Grinding in Rear 2016 F150
Bought a 2016 F-150 FX4 Lariat in March. Totally new truck. There were 7 miles on the truck when I got it. I've put 10k on it since then. Recently I've noticed a CREAKING/GRINDING coming from the rear end when I turn, run over a bump, a dip, or anytime the trucks body is 'flexed' like when I'm riding through a field or on a dirt road.
I've already, 1. Taken it to Ford dealership three times to have them check it out. They are as clueless as I am.
- they've have greased leaf springs- still grinding
-they've cleaned shocks- still grinding
anyone else having these issues.... ?

I haven't seen a body/bed panels parts breakdown, but it seems from what some have said, at least about the bed, you have more panels and gaps. Some have complained of noises and it's been the bed or the tailgate step, and others road dirt getting inside their beds, with covers on top.
Personally I'm guessing the aluminum may flex a bit and with the gaps, anything fallen in between could cause some noises?
Good luck....

My brand new 2016 5.0 supercab 4x4 will make almost a grinding sound, kind of a binding sensation when turning left from a complete stop. I can almost replicate it exactly at the same spot that it happens, very weird.
From what i understand, this is apparently common for f150's, its the drveshaft slip yoke at the transmission, it apparently needs to be lubed and then all is fine until again it needs lube. Try a search on slip yoke and see if this is whats happening with yours, then tell your dealer.
