looks like the fella has two slightly different covers listed there. it'd be cool to paint in the ball-milled channels with black or red, then leave a fine grit, bright brushed finish on the rest of it. that'd really pop!

 

In my opinion, the price is not bad at all. A couple of years ago, I paid ~$38 plus freight for a NOS stamped metal one.

 

ooooooh...or a fella could use some scotch brite pads and do an "engine turn" finish on the flats. that'd be the cats pajamas!
