Forscan and Forscan Lite Essentials

Forscan and Forscan Lite Essentials
I have Forscan and Forscan lite a USB module to connect to a laptop for changes and a WIFI adapter for iPhone monitoring.
Could someone provide a concise list of important and useful perimeters to monitor or change?
I started to read the Forscan spreadsheet thread but it is just way too long and time consuming to read and weed through each page to find what I am looking for. I'm not trying to be lazy, but at last check it's up over 80 pages and that is just discouraging. I need a Cliffs Notes version.
I definitely want to make it to where I can have high beams and fog lights and monitor DEF, oil percentage and DPF regeneration but other than that I'm lost. What am I missing out on?

This is one of the first things posted in the big FORScan post but here you go.
Lists most of the major things people would want to change.

I was looking more for what are the key perimeters to monitor.
What are the ideal/key things to monitor with Forscan Lite?

No and that limit is the same for my wife's SUV and it drives us both nuts. Our sub is 25mph as well with no street lights, is heavily wooded and lots of curves. Only way to override her SUV is to switch to manual lights vs auto. It is literally the dumbest thing ever and I have no explanation as to why. You would think it would be the opposite. Slower speeds would indicate a need for better lighting. The sensors would keep lo beams on if other vehicles were in the mix so I cannot for the life of me understand the rationale. I can tell you if any of the engineers lived in my neighborhood they would quickly rethink that design...
