New to me 1993 Bronco

I just got a 1993 Eddie Bower edition Bronco from a property liquidator. This was an abandoned vehicle left at a forclosure home and forgoten. I dont know how long this thing has been sitting but, i did pull a AutoCheck on it to see where it had been all these years.
The odo reads 187,000mi and the truck looks pretty good for almost 25yrs old. Paint on the outside is faded and dirty but, there is only one dent in the whole truck. The interior is well used and needs alot of attention. I didnt get keys for it, but i remedied that easily at Auto Zone.
The truck turns over but doesn't crank. I dont hear the fuel pump prime. After checking and changing some fuses, still no fuel pump.
I did unhook the fuel lines at the filter to try to drain the tank (bad gas) but no pump hum at all.
Do you guys think the fuel pump is probably frozen and the tank rusted up?
Im sure there are other issues to be found. Thats probally the reason the previous parked it. .

The tank is probably NOT rusted. The fuel pump is probably bad.
drop the fuel tank and clean it out while replacing the fuel pump,
Good buy for 500.

Well today I pulled the trigger on a new Motorcraft pump and sending unit. I also ordered a new 33 gallon tank from Rock Auto. Hope this is a good fix it's $500 for this repair.

Well it's a really solid truck. No rust. Interior needs a lot of help. So far all overall the only thing found is the fuel problem and fuses.

Depending on where you live, if you have rust issues I would replace the tank when you drop it with a plastic one. My fuel pump died and had to replace it. After dropping the tank and replaced it the tank started to leak from rot. Luckily dropping it the second time was easier. Just a thought. Plastic one is 145$ on Jeffs Bronco Graveyard

I'm in the southeast. Rust is not that bad around here. Going with another steel tank will probably last another 30 yrs.
