Hi,

I have used accessconnect.com to buy step bars. Their price was great and the product was delivered fine (right set for my truck etc.).

But the real issue is how would accessconnect or any other parts dealer treat you if the part arrived broken or the wrong part was shipped etc.

It would be nice to hear from folks that needed service from an order placed on-line and shipped to the persons residence.

I got the wrong gas cap at Autozone and NAPA because I was in a hurry to get one locally/same day. Then I ordered from FTE and got the right one the first time. James Duff has been good about working on the telephone to get me what I need so I have never gotten a wrong part.

I have had to send stuff back to Summit, worse thing is waiting to talk to someone, though you can use their 1-800 line so it does not cost you anything to wait.
