can anyone out there tell me the space you have under the oil pan on a FE motor after you convert to the crown vic front end? Does it get tight or open it up a bit. I understand you make your motor mounts and can move it up and down but in normal fashion and placement what do you end up with?

check out apocolypsbob on youtube. he has a series on the cv front end swap and i think his was a 390 as well a ton of good info from his. take a pin and paper and take notes

As the video will make clear, you will need to source a rear sump oil pan and related parts (sump, dip stick, etc.).
