Are these the same for all the body styles? I've looked around trying to see, but still not sure.....

I have a part number from the one that came off my truck

F81B-25517A73-AK which isn't coming up in any search

MY L99 is a CREW CAB

EXTERIOR TRIM - CAB for 2000 Ford F-350 Super Duty

According to the picture you posted they are different part numbers so I say the answer to your question is no.
