1990 f250 sputtering

I have a 1990 Ford F-250 xlt lariat 7.5 460 with 100k miles. The problem occurs only when it's warm after about 10 minutes of driving, When I press on the gas it sounds like it missing a cylinder and I can physically feel it stop accelerating but it doesn't have in a specific interval it is all just random. Thanks
