In all my years gotta say I don't recall ever seeing a 8 lug 15" rim, seriously doubt they exist. 6 lug yea but not a 8 lug.

1967-91 F250 - 350 16x6 8H x 6.5"
92-97 F250 - 350 16x7 8Hx 6.5"

98 250 and 350 up went to 16H x metric pattern.

(Talking single wheel of course)

I know I never seen a F-250 with a light duty front axle (D44) and a heavy duty rear (full floater) with a GVWR rating of "8600lbs". Not something remotely likely or possible Ford would do that as a factory offered configuration. Someone swap in a d44 at some point yea but not originally equipped.

Someone would have to post a build sheet of one before I'd ever buy into that as "fact".

Just a short look here you go Summit sells a set.
Phoenix USA GQST50AS - Phoenix QuickLiner Wheel Simulators - Overview - SummitRacing.com

Oh and I found out on another board that Ford maybe did make a 15"8 lug in the early 60's.

You're kidding with that link right? If not might want to take a better look at it, those are "quick liners" they are not wheels.

Take these white spokes for example, very common wheel and available in 4,5,6 and 8 lug versions.

Try getting a par listing a "95 F250" as your vehicle a minute, see what it tells ya.

I/m not going to dispute what I know I have seen. As I said it was 21 years ago and they were after market wheels. I'm sorry my link was not what I thought it was. Maybe later I will try again. Any how Merry Christmas everyone.

I found a set of the Bigfoot Cruiser logo decals on ebay and bought them, now I just need to match the colors on the stripes and find someone who can do it. There's only 5 shades of blue in them, but there's also some weird, almost gold-leaf, looking border around the stripes.

It's been many many years ago but I recall Dick Cepek used to sell a 15" 8-lug wheel in the 80s.

On the 15 inch topic IDK what axles it had but I know for fact that my buddy joe put 15's on his 75? F250 camper special with the 400. He did it for the side wall for off road use. It was years ago 16 ish but I remember calling him retarded then and getting a off road lesson from him that taught me nothing.

Old thread .... cool read.

The bigfoot cruiser came in the F-150 and F-250

The F-150 came with a 5.0 w/ 5speed or 5.8 automatic

The F-250 came with a 7.5 and automatic

They were dark shadow blue with regatta blue interiors.

I have all of the specs including a complete list of aftermarket items that came on either model. They were a ship through program vehicle through particpating dealers, Bigfoot 4x4 and Sherer Truck Equipment in Missouri.

I would be glad to post any info or scan this one page document to upload to this website for all to get info from if needed.

There is no mention of a lift kit in this sales flyer. The came with roll bars, Weld wheels, tonneau covers, power rear windows, and a bunch of other stuff.

Let me know.
I am new to this forum and just recently purchased a 1987 Ford F250 Bigfoot Cruiser. I am looking for any information on these trucks such as a total # of trucks built per model (Ranger, F150, and F250). I am also very interested in the sales brochure that you mentioned, if it is still available. Any help would be appreciated. I can be reached M-F 9-6 at 740-456-4646. Thanks! Jeff

I have a !987 F-250 Ford Bigfoot Cruiser that I am restoring but the rear window motor and rubber bungie are worn out. I want to restore it to as close to off the line as possible and this really makes the truck. If anyone has any not too worn rear window motor and accessories for these kind of trucks please let me know

I just bought an 87' cruiser f150 and it is a fuel injected 302
