f250 auto to zf driveshaft question

I'm converting a 92 f250 from an e4od to a zf. When ordering a clutch, luk states to use F4TZ-4831A which is a no longer available rear carrier bearing spacer. Anyone know its dimensions or how it differs from the one I have so I can build one? Thanks

What's your cab and bed configuration? I had a one piece shaft made for a crew cab that I did a zf swap on, might want to explore that route.

It's probably just a spacer to lower the carrier bearing down to prevent vibration. You can make one out of flat stock. Just get a magnetic angle finder from Harbor Freight and make the front and rear shafts as close to same angle as you can. This is a common mod needed when putting lift blocks on the rear axle.

I was just hoping someone had the thickness measurement for me. Appreciate the help.
On a side note, tonight I finished a new long block 460 install on my friends 97. Man do I love the 460, just a torque monster. Great night, the break in went smooth.
