Put the key in the ignition no dash lights or radio and will not crank or even begin to start. All lights work except the dash, radio and uplifter switches. Tested the batteries, both reading good voltage. Tried jumping the truck nothing. No response

 

You have power and good voltage, jumping it isn't going to help. I'd start by checking the fuses, especially when only one section of the truck isn't getting power.

Here's a diagram for the 2015 F350 model (my vehicle). You'll need to lookup a diagram for yours and see if it's different. The cover will also likely have labels for everything.

anti theft perhaps engaged? Get both keys together and check fuses.
