I'm looking at a truck that has a 1999 Thunderbird 302. The engine has been rebuilt. It comes with with a Weiand 3000 supercharger setup that has not been installed yet. The owner says that it just needs a Ford intake to make it work. Has anyone used this on a 302? If so, will it clear an HEI distributor?
One of the draws to this project is the drive train. Before purchasing, I want to make sure that this will work and find out what intake I would need.

I discovered that particular supercharger would likely not work.
The blower drive for the 302 needs to be offset to get clearance for the front-mounted Ford distributor position.

Is there any way to delete this thread?
