If you are looking for a pic of the wiring with the tail light removed I can get you one. The only problem is it wouldn't be until this afternoon. Mine is a 79.

I got it fixed.

The red wire on the bulb socket was connected to the turn signal wire while the white wire on the bulb socket was connected to the brown wire.

I am having another issue now.

The right blinker blinks real slow. There was a cut off green wire under the truck so I checked it and it was the turn signal wire BUT the turn signal wire was already hooked up....so I cut the green wire in half and connected the cut off green wire with the main green wire...but still the blinker blinks real slow.

I do notice that the bulb will get bright like I push the brake in unless i turn the socket some and it will dim back to normal.

I dont know if the socket is bad is why the blinker light doesny blink fast like the left blinker does or what...

Any opinion?

A bad light socket could very well be the issue. I think just about any time I have had a problem with mine it has been a bad socket. Or maybe the socket has been changed and not reconnected correctly.
