We need a transmission (non-working is OK, as long as the case is good, no cracks, not broken). C6 for a Small-block Ford.

Don't want to pay for shipping so if you're in Minnesota (Twin Cities area preferred) or nearby, let me know what you have.

It'll be going in a 1971 F100 with a 351W.

Thanks.

Hey Flat 8, what are flathead V8s worth these days? (I assume your user name is in regards to the flathead?) I have one with a truck transmission attached to it that I'm thinking of selling......toooooo many projects!

flathead

It comes down to condition like anything else, I think an untouched working motor could go between 5-8 hundred. To rebuild one, which I have and am now going to sell, cost 4k, bored and costume crank and cam, just for the bottom end of the motor.

We bought Flat8's transmission.
