Question 1969 F-250 camper special capacity

Does anybody know the towing capacity of a 1969 F-250 camper special? I'm looking at buying one and I need to know if it can tow my Early Bronco. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not really enough info.

Engine
Axle ratio
mods
wheel base
super cooling or standard
manual or automatic
size tires
bumper or wdh
etc, etc etc...

The data plate on the drivers side door should help on some of these. Run the codes by here.

Hmmmmm, not too sure on all that info. I know it's a 390 with and automatic. Other than that I don't know. It's my Dad's and he's in Oregon and I'm in New York right now. I guess I should call him.
Thanks,
Don

I have a 68 F250 CS with a 390 auto. I think it's rated at 10,000 lbs towing although I would never want to pull that kind of weight with it unless it was for a short distance and flat. I pull a 5,300 lb car and tralier with mine with 200 lbs in the bed and just towed from Maryland to Kansas last week. I averaged 5 mpg towing (4 over the mountains of PA and 6 when it got flat). I tow around 75 mph and it's fine have done 80-85 at times, on steep grades it will kick down into 2nd and you can watch it drink the gas. For short distances it's a great tow, but on longer trips the short comings of old WW2 technology really show.
