Thanks. Folks with the V code engines act as if they are gold. 1900 for a junkyard engine but a 2004 engine can be found under 300.
I wouldnt think Ford would make drastic changes. I have seen that there was an injector change but I should be able to use my plenum.
Should I grab the PCM as well?

The only sensor in the fuel lines is the fuel rail pressure sensor in the fuel rail

You are correct. I was reading some OBD-II documentation from Ford just now, and I ran across a statement that since 2000 model year, the ethanol/flex-fuel sensor has been removed, and the ethanol content is now "inferred".
