What are you asking for, the door handle push button used with the Custom Cab door handle guards?

If so: C4TZ-8122454-A .. Door Handle Push Button - 3 1/4" long / I believe this has been reproduced, but by whom, I don't know.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any NOS

Basic part number 22428 is the large right side door handle rubber or vinyl pad for all 1961/66's, but the part number doesn't begin with C4TZ
