Towing mirrors versus none towing mirrors.

Ok here is the problem. I have a 2008 f250 with towing power mirrors. They power fold in. Passanger side one is toast. And pricing a new one is ridiculous. I never tow...are the non towing mirrors compatible with mounting them? Figured i can buy a set cheaper. And they wont stick out as far. Anyone know the relationship between the 2? Even with the wire harness?

They bolt up the same and use the same harness connector for the same year model. That is to say the smaller paddle mirrors for an '08 will have the same connector as '08 tow mirrors.

I'd trade you for my sport mirrors. I prefer the look and compactness of them, but maneuvering a 9'x28' boat with the sport mirrors is a pain.
