1966/69 before ser #F30.001 took the 18790. 1969/newer after ser #F30,001 got a different hub and took the LM104949 inner and outer. The bearing cup that was matched with the LM104949 was LM104911. You might have two different hubs.
Thanks
I appreciate your help.

Baby Boomer F250 Build Thread

Finally gone the rear end back together last night. The bearings and seal issues were beyond expectations. I guess I better be prepared for the unexpected.
Nice to put at least a few things back together. Encouraging!
Now to turn it around and start disassembly on the front.

Defective seam sealer (installer).

Ok, so after taking the bed to the body shop, it seems like the seams that I filled on the sides will have to be redone. When they tried to sand it with the DA, it only gummed up. So it did not set up correctly. Now they are going to have to cut out part of the seam sealer and lay some new seam sealer on top of it that will harden correctly.
"If it was easy everyone would do it".

Slowly gaining speed on my rebuild.

Things have been moving pretty slow for a while waiting to get into a shop I rented. Moved in now and Iím hoping things will pick up speed now. (At least as long as the money holds out.)
