Managed to get 800km on the truck this week so halfway to being "allowed" to tow. Today I installed the McGaurd tailgate lock and installed a shorter hitch pin that I painted black.
Here is another picture of the FoMoCo bedmat for anyone that's interested. It looks great with the Super Duty embossed into it and things just don't slide around on it which is a plus!

After waiting for 9 1/2 weeks I finally picked up my first diesel on Monday night. It's rained since then but yesterday was nice so I finished up some accessory installs and gave her a "first bath". Figured I would share like others. Hood deflector, slim vent visors, removal of stickers from windows and BLIS.
Where
LOVE the moonroof!
So much technology!
Console organiser fits and works great.
Undercover Ultra Flex tonneau cover. Matte black top and carpeted bottom.
This picture shows the carpeted underside and the included soft saddlebag for storage of jumper cables, straps etc. It also shows the Ford Superduty rubber mat. So much softer on the knees than the bed liner
Next up is some new tires and a level

It doesn't lean against the cab, it has struts that lock on. It's the reason I used an Undercover on my last truck. It worked great for 4 years with LOTS of opening and closing, and many many miles! The tonneau was $825 with free delivery, free tailgate seal, free hanging storage bag, free Denali fishing rod (rebate) and it has LED lights you can mount underneath (I didn't bother as we have bed lights). IMO a GREAT value.
I've been looking at the very same cover and ironically I have the same exact truck! Mind if I ask where you ordered it from and how was the fit/finish? Any leaks? Thanks!

I ordered it from Tonneaucovered, fit and finish is good. I had an Undercover Flex on my F150 and with playing hockey 3-4 times a week that's opening and closing the tonneau 16 times a week for hockey alone! Plus camping and several long roadtrips across country. Never had an issue, and didn't put a wrench on it until I sold it prior to trading in my truck.

Time to remove the BLIS stickers
I wish I didn't have to worry about rock chips on the hood, as I sure like the way the front end looks on the 17's without the deflector.
Heading up to the tint shop now to get a quote for wrapping the front bumper and lightly tinting the front windows.
