I'm going to give this one last shot before I get nuts with a set of headers. Looking for a decent set, or at least a driver's side cast iron header. Mine has a giant crack and is so pitted it would also have to be machined, and still be ugly. I'm in Garner. trying not to have to ship something cheap but heavy. Figured somebody close by might have something.

If you can't locate a used set give Maddog headers a shot, he is a small operation out of GA but does damn good work. I've had his headers on my 77 for several years.
