Mop any oil out of the valley, spray and soak entire area with Simple Green, rinse gently, repeat until all shiny clean. Then start engine and look for leak.
I chose to replace mine with an adrenaline unit after mine started leaking from pretty much everywhere. You can reseal them in money is an issue for less than 100$
While that would be a pre-emptive strike against the current and future problems with a truck of our age, it is going to be mighty e-x-p-e-n-s-I-v-e. And that's if you do the work yourself. I've been through that over the past two summers and I've invested well over $5K into that endeavor. I'd go with Walleye Hunter's recommendation of cleaning up the oil (at least sopping up the puddles in the valley) and see where it starts to pool up. Working in that area without any specific direction is a pricey endeavor.
How are you sure it's the HPOP? I had HPO issues last summer and there's a lot of stuff up there: fuel bowl (are you sure it's just oil), HPO lines, HPO fittings, HPOP, HPOP gasket, IPR, ICP, etc. That's a hefty price list without trying to pinpoint the culprit(s). Mine turned out to be several leaks (https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...questions.html).
