I ordered a sub and box for my 2011 F150 (no factory nav or Sony) - have a 4 channel amp but will get an all in one solution - a 5 channel. My question is - if the radio is 4 channel - front r&l and rear r&l - where do I get a signal for the sub? I know there has to be one as they sell the Kicker VSS sub kit for this application.

 

If you're still using the factory head unit. This unit can take the speaker level inputs and re-create a sub-woofer channel to feed to your AMP.
