The guy who posted it on FB said the owner told him he had a Chevy 409 in for power at one time.

If I had the time, and especially the money, I would try to find out where this thing is sitting. It's rusty but doesn't look to bad so I would assume it's sitting some place in the lower Midwest, maybe Missouri somewhere?

It looks to have had pieces robbed over the years. The cab marker lights are gone anyway, and no doubt the 409 if it had one. The sad thing about a truck like this is its narrow range of potential rescuers. Not everybody is gonna take on such a project. Su

Yes, big $$$. That's where my money problem would come in. It's hard enough to keep a pickup on the road.
