Running rough after oil and filter change and fuel filters

Did my oil change last night and filter swapped both fuel filters on my 04 f350 started it up last night drove it a little bit and she was fine. Went to start her up this morning and she was pissy so I drove her a bit once warm and she feels like there is a dead cylinder maybe?? Any help from y'all would be appreciated.

Do you have a way of reading codes? After changing the fuel filters did you cycle the key on wait 20 seconds then cycle it off then repeat it a few more times?

No codes found. I cycled the key a few times but not for 20 seconds or more each time.

Absent any other diagnostic options, I'd pop the cover on the secondary and see if the filter is sitting on the stalk correctly, or if it's crushed. Then pull the primary and make sure the bleed hole is clear, and it's snapped into the cap correctly.

The filters are motorcraft oil and fuel. I checked all three filter housing and o rings they seem to be in good shape to me. Could it be air in the fuel system? And if so how long could it take to get out. I've driven it about 4 miles today and no change she still runs rough. I've removed all three filters again and reinstalled them primed the **** out of the fuel system. Could there be more air in there because I keep taking the filters off?

I cycle it as many times as it takes until my fuel pressure gauge starts reading pressure at 65psi or more. Since my Blue Spring gets me up to 70-75psi at idle.

When I cycle, I do it until the pump stops. Which I can also indicate by watching my FP gauge. But you can listen for the pump to stop as well.

In your signature it says you use 10W-30 and you put in Archoil with your oil change..... Is this correct? Is this what you did on this oil change?
