what's up, guys. I just got a project truck and i am upgrading the tires on it now. I have bone stock wheels and I am looking to upgrade in tires not wheels. Will 33/12.50 R 15 work on it or is that too fat a tire for the stock wheel. Thanks, guys.
I wouldn't. I run 33x10.5 on stock alloys and have worn the center treads faster than the edges. Then again, I run higher pressure for weight much of the time. 30psi might not be bad. Either way, something to consider.
I have a 92 F150 with the stock 15's. I run 33x12.5 Hankook Dynapro ATM and the only issue I have is rubbing if I fully cut the wheel to the left or right.
