Changed Fuel Pressure Regulator, Now Fuel Pump Won't Come On

I own a 2012 F-250 w/ 6.7 and recently had the truck start throwing the p228f code. So from research I decided to change my fuel filters and my Fuel Pressure Regulator(BC3Z-9C968-A). I changed my Fuel filters, had no problem bleeding the air out of the fuel system and getting the truck to run. Then I proceeded to change the Regulator, removed the old one (which did have rust) and installed the new one. Now when I turn the key the fuel pump doesn't turn on. I even reinstalled the old regulator but still no fuel pump. The truck is also giving me a warning on the screen "reduced engine power". Also checked all fuses and they were good. Anybody have any idea what's going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

check the fuel cutoff switch, maybe it tripped.

Open the passenger front door, access door is on the side of the dash.
