Truck runs awful and not making power this is the code its giving. If anyone can give a little input would be much appreciated

 

Just the one code? Not all readers play nice with these trucks; what are you using? A reading of the voltage would be nice, to confirm the code. Something cheap that plugs into the power port on the dash is fine. First guess would be a bad alternator. Don't know right off how that would manifest as low power tho.

Worth taking a peak at the serpentine belt and tensioner.
