Mystery F600 Dump Truck

Mystery F600 Dump Truck
We have what is believed to be a 1985 F600 Ford Dump Truck. It is not in bad shape at all. No one at the plant has any idea of where it came from and there certainly is no paper work to go with it. Here is the VIN: 1FDNF60HXFVA68911. The VIN does not show up on any search sights. How can I track the history of this truck? Thanks for any help on this. It is really a mystery to everyone here.

Double check the 7th VIN number. Could it be a "C"?
I don't see a "F60" listed here http://www.fleet.ford.com/resources/...uide_Final.pdf
There is a "F6C".
To find the owner/history, I think you will need to go the DVM website and do a title search by VIN. Or local police can run the VIN for you.
