1967/1968 Vacuum Advance Line
On my 67 240 I have decided to remove the Load-O-Matic distributor and install a conventional mechanical advance unit to match the non-Load-O-Matic carb. I noticed that the vacuum advance diaphragm on the new distributor has hose nipple instead of the compression fitting like the old one had.
Anybody have a pic of an original 240 (I assume 68 and up) that shows how the line/hose was configured? I would assume that the steel line from the carb just terminates to a rubber hose to connect to the distributor, but I'd like to be sure to keep it factory appearing.
Thanks!
Larry
