High Temps with A/C on 2005 F250 6.0

Hey guys been battling this high temp issue for a bit now. Here's the recap on my truck.

2005 F250 6.0
120k miles
Edge insight CTS2

New factory Oil cooler
motorcraft coolant -system flushed
Stock EGR- No leakage
Deltas 3-5 degree apart no A/C on
A/C works great!

-Issue-
when I turn the A/C on city on normal driving no loads or towing.
the temps have gone up as high as 230 eot 230 ect.
ambient temps 83-90F

Has anyone had similar issues or what can the issue be?

thank you for your time
Alex

I'd start by just cleaning out your radiator as best you can of debris and giving your cooling system a good flush. Not just a drain-and-fill, but drop some coolant flush in there, run it for a while, then flush it all out good with water until it runs clear and refill with the appropriate mixture of antifreeze.

Your a/c compressor is in front of your radiator, so when your a/c is on, you're getting pre-heated air over your radiator. If your radiator is plugged with a bird nest, or getting a layer of grime built up on the inside, it won't be able to cool as effectively as if everything were clean in there, or if it were getting non-preheated air.

Do you hear the fan when it gets hot? could be a bad fan clutch.

Update on to what I have done so far.

Good news temps are actually lower than before.
temps in 80F - Deltas have been between 3-5 degrees
201 eot
198 ect

at night 60-65F
192 eot
186 ect

-full flush with VC9 -back washed as well with both engine plugs open.
- new aluminum radiator
-CAT Elc coolant 3gallon concentrate toped with distilled

Highest reading was 208 in traffic on a grade.

Bad- I have not heard the electric fan come on. That distinct roar has not come at all. So seems like that should be the last culprit in this issue and I am back to normal.
