Thanks guys for the compliments on my rims in the April thread.
Sean, haha yes and no. I graduated with my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering back in 2014 .....but I've actually just recently applied for my Masters in Engineering Management, so we'll see how that goes haha.
Even with my degree it took about a year to get something in my field, and for the past year (~15 months) I've been working at a SEMA company, and had the chance to attend the 2016 show, which was pretty darn cool. However, the company I'm currently working for was bought over last August, and although the changes weren't immediate, lets just say things are starting to move a lot quicker, and with the restructuring I'm not feeling as secure. As of right now though, I'm actively (low key) looking for a new job.
But regarding Excursion stuff, I've also just gotten this done last weekend
Had a somewhat custom setup done by Atlas Springs in City of Industry.
+2" front springs
+3.5" rear springs w/factory block removal
4-Bilstein 5100's
I've also temporarily removed the AirLift tow bags I had, since those were using the stock block tangs as a mounting location. I'm eventually gonna work on making a new bracket to mount those back up again, however there isn't too much of a rush since we sold out toybox and won't be buying a new trailer anytime soon.

The Ex looks great Steph. Agree on the education strategy, keep going if you can't find a good job.

Hey everybody, hope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to stop in and say hello. Been working a lot! Just drove to AZ to see family and managed, while in CA where speed limits are lower, to pull a 15.9 average MPG in the truck! That was at 72 mph with nothing in the bed and the AC running! Once I crossed into AZ the limit is 75 and my average dropped into the 14 MPG range but I was pretty excited to get near enough to 16 MPGs to say I've gotten 16!

Not here Jim, only 80.
I bet that guy living to the right is feeling lucky. Unless he has a job north of there...

It's been raining off and on and I have to park the truck out doors so couldn't do it, temperature wise it is perfect. If they are correct in the forecast things should work out by Thursday ..
