Desperate for wiring help! Who can read diagrams?
First of all, I'm sorry to say this is NOT a Ford diagram, it's Dodge. BUT, it is for my Ford project. I figure the folks on here are very knowledgeable and helpful, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
When I pulled the Cummins out of the donor '94 Ram for my '78 F250, I also pulled the power mirrors. I like these mirrors because they maintain a vintage look, so they'll match with my project. Wiring is my weak area. I need "dumb guy" instructions please if anyone can help.
This is the wiring diagram
And diagnosis info (I'm looking for help with the side mirrors, ignore the center mirror).
And here is the mirror switch. The wires are
Next are the mirrors themselves. These have three wires coming from them, and are the same both sides.

Donor is a 1994 Ram 2500 2WD standard cab long bed. The diagram is for 1995, but the part number for the switch looks to be the same, so I figured the diagram should match up.

For some reason your pics aren't showing for me but...
...that is your problem right there. The Dodge pickups changed body syles 94 to 95. Beyond that wiring harnesses can be completely different one model year to the next, even if the vehicle looks the same. My '95 Tacoma (first year of the body style) has a completely different harness than a '96, otherwise I could easily put in a factory type E-locker. If the switch is the same part number the pins will be in the same position even if the wire colors do not match. Just trace the lines one at a time remembering that one color on the diagram equals another on the harness. Or loose the headache and get the correct year diagram.

It looks like a few of the colors are the same. What I would do is make a table with the four cardinal directions and the two rotary positions, just like the one in the picture, filling in the continuity between part by checking with an ohmmeter, continuity tester or even a light bulb, some wire and a battery. It's a bit tedious but I'm willing to bet that the colors that match will match the table so you can run through them quickly.
The mirrors are easy, apply quick bursts of 12 volts to any 2 wires and note which way it turns, keeping in mind that you have to swap polarity to get it to move the opposite way
