Hidden reserve kills an auction. No paper work is a deal breaker for a lot of folks too. The MH have a following but they don't beat a path to your door when ones for sale. A few years ago I saw a 38-39 regular cab, complete and not bad shape get relisted multiple times and was down to $1500. Nobody ever bought it.

 

Absolutely correct. Rarity does not create value, but does create more of a challenge to the restorer in finding needed repair parts. Stu
