Front Spindle\Knuckle '73 F100

I have a '73 F100 4x2. When trying to remove the caliper, the bolt broke. I tied to use a bolt extractor, but it also broke inside the bolt. This entire project became a major mess. Trying to remove the bolt, I don't think is an option any longer.
I think, I now have to replace the entire Spindle\Knuckle.

My 1st question, by looking at my pic, is there another option, other than changing the spindle\knuckle (or does it look too damaged) ?
2nd question, I can't find a spindle\knuckle anywhere. Any recommendations where I can get one.
3rd question, how hard is it to replace the spindle\knuckle ?

Thank you for your help

I would think your easiest option would be to simply drill and tap it oversize.

Thank you Hotrod_Merc , I was able to get the knuckle off. I'll have to take it to a machine shop to see if they can fix it. it looks worse than what the picture shows.

I have one other question. The King Pin came out fairly easy. Would there be any reason to change the bushing, ? I'm not sure what to look for, but i do see a couple of minor nics, but seems to be ok. I assume to assemble it back is use some chassis grease, to place the King Pin back in ?

Always change the bushing. It wears with the same pattern as the kingpin. On broken caliper bolts I usually weld another bolt to them. The heat from welding usually is enough to remove them. If its broken even with the surface then lots of heat then drilling out until they can be tapped.
