Switching out Signal Stat #902 SigFlare

The PO of my 1960 F100 had a Signal Stat #902 SigFlare that did not work I removed it and tried to repair it. (See photo)
Here's the original Signal Stat #902 SigFlare that did not work

Couldn't get the original to work so I bought a new turn signal switch (See photo).

New Signal - 7 wires

Here's the problem the original had 6 wires and the new has 7 wires. Does anyone know how I can wire this to work in my truck? Thanks!

Signal assembly

does the new signal switch assembly have 4 way flasher built in, and the old one does not? I'd so, then that is what it probably for.

Hey thanks everyone for all your help!
As it turns out, I was able to repair the original Signal Stat #902 SigFlare. It worked fine when I bench tested it and hope to install it tomorrow as I finish the re-wiring my truck.

1973 F100/350's were the first Ford trucks to incorporate the T/S switch w/the 4 way flasher switch. Button protrudes from the right side of the switch to activate the 4 ways.

1961/66: 4 way flasher switch (if present) located on the dash to the right of the steering column.

1967/69: 4 way flasher switch located on the inside of the glove box.

1970/72: 4 way flasher switch located on the dash to the right of the steering column.

1961 was the first year that Ford offered 4 way flashers, optional thru 1966.
