Trailer TPMS - need larger valve stem help

I need larger (0.625" I think) valve stems for my Silverback 37BH to work with Ford's TPMS system. I see multiple options for valve stems, but nothing that is definitely compatible with the Ford TPMS sensors. Some have screws on the back, some have a post with a hole through it.

Did anyone mount the Ford trailer TPMS sensors on a 0.625" valve stem yet? If so, can you post the part # for them?

Thanks!

These work?
TR801 High Pressure Metal Valve stem with rubber snap in up to 100 psi

Correct diameter and metal shaft, so should hold the TPMS. Too bad they aren't longer.

Thanks for the input. My tires are load range G, so I need higher pressure stems. It's also not clear that the Ford TPMS is compatible with the mount on that style. Anyone out there who has done this swap yet?

Higher psi rating and fits either hole size:

TR416 - High Pressure Bolt-In Metal Valve Stem (0-130 PSI)

Nichols Manufacturing has a lot of things for the new SD trailer TPMS, including .625 stems to work with ford TPMS system.

Did you have any trouble with these? I'm having a helluva time with them. The metal "disc" is the same size as the wheel. They flat out won't tighten. They pull through everytime and ruin the rubber. I can't trust them as they are currently. Waiting for a call back from Nichols.

Valve stems are suppose to be just l little past hand tight not tightened up hard. You may be over tightening them.

He's actually changed his product availability for this. Give him a call, he's excellent to work with I was very impressed! I have the new item on the way, should be here tomorrow. The new are more expensive but they are going to be much better suited for the application.

Could you leave the product number info?
