My rake is still factory all I did was add tires it does Rub a little at FULL lock I emphasize the word FULL lock. Who drives the truck to FULL lock on a regular basis once you add any form of suspension lift even in the front to level it out you take any and all aerodynamics from the factory hence your miles per gallon go away down my Lie O meter is saying 19 average Mpg at 70 miles an hour on interstate and it doesn't change hardly at all in town because I don't treat it like a drag racer My hand calculations for MPG is right around 18.5. I love my truck I love my tires it's what it should look like from the factory

What i meant to say was does yours have 3" of rake? Curious if the plow spring trucks have less than the usual 3"

Your truck looks perfect to me and is the route I leaning towards on mine. I wanted the ridge grappler, but seems the terra might fit better, ride better, have less affect on mpg being about 10lb lighter, and be quieter....sounds like your experience. Didn't you have the x3 before?
I would like to know your take measurement also and Your cab height at tallest point.
Think this all relative to thread....if not sorry OP.

I did have the general grabber x3 before and they just weren't big enough for the look I was going for. I will take measurements later when I get home.

Here you go.
Did you run any lift the 285's? I found a good deal and pick them up but I am waiting to level.

on my old truck I ran the nitto trail grappler MT's in a 37x12.50/18 they are load E rated and can handle 80 psi so the stupid light on the dash doesn't go off.
on my current truck I am running a toyo Mt in a 38x13.50/18
but I also went from an F350 to a F250 and am not hauling as much any more.

My first set of nitto's I got 50,000 mile out of them.
its a tire I really like

How do you like the Toyo MTs vs. the Nitto MTs?

Why did you change to the Toyos if you like the Nittos?

What lift are you running to fit 38's?

Thanks!

Sounds like he has a little on the radius arms at very full lock only , im sure his new wheels will solve it
