My Vin is 1FT8W3BT8HED83761. I don't have a build date or W/S but it has shown up on ETIS. What is this Ford Chat you all are talking about.
I'm sure I'm expecting too much too soon. I placed the order April 21st. It showed up on ETIS today. I got the VIN from the dealer the 29th of April.

Looks like they just issued it yesterday, im still hoping I get it before Memorial day weekend.

Apparently Ford only adds new orders into the system once per week in batch mode. It's due to their allocation process I think.
If you aren't in cotus by the end of this week, it couldn't hurt to hit up the chat and ask.
For what it's worth, I showed up in cotus, and received my VIN both on the same day (7 days after ordering), took about a week from that point to get my ETA for delivery. The 'order processing' step is pretty painful. cotus seems to be working ok for me so far. It's probably best for sanity sake to try and put it out of your mind as best you can at this stage
