351W E4OD over reeving when shifting from 2nd to 3rd
The truck I have has been swapped from a 5.0 to a 5.8 by a previous owner.
It is has the 5.0 upper intake on it and the fuel regulator vacuum hose is not connected.
The problem I am having is under acceleration the engine will rev. very high when shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Is this a ECM problem or something else from the swap?
