I bought the primer mirror caps from ford and swapped them for the chrome.
Cleans up the look between that and the badges being PTM.

 

primer like unpainted?? Or does ford make painted ones? Think they make them in white platinum? lol do you have a link?

 

I removed mine yesterday.

 

How will people know if your truck is 4wd? I mean obviously they need to know just be quickly glancing at your truck if its an FX4 package or "4X4" so maybe instead of removing decals we should be adding them. Like Ford should come out with a "sticker" package with all options like "LEATHER", "SYNC3", and my favorite "Power Sliding Rear Window"!

In all seriousness I vote for removal.

Can I get a checkbox for an additional 50 hp/tq? I heard that stickers are good for at least that much.

 

Funny. It is odd that the only sticker available is related to 4 wheel drive. I never gave it much thought; it was just always there. I'm getting closer and closer to removing mine. Now, if I only had my truck back.

 

I would replace that sticker with one that says "16". Too many people just cannot handle the complicated math involved. I had to use a calculator myself.

 

I can hear the questions now. "Why do you have a 16 on your truck?"

" I decided to put the answer on my truck instead of the question!" lol.

Stickers???? my kids gets stickers in the mail and when they buy a toy. Needless to say I have taken mine off.

 

My truck didn't come with either "4X4" or "16" decals.
It is 4WD though and I feel left out. Oh well, maybe next time.
