any idea what lift this might be?

So i bought this truck about a year ago it was already lifted when i got it. Now i just bought this trailer last month and its sits way to high in the front so im thinking about pulling the aftermarket block out and geting 35in tires because in my personal opinion the 33s look stupid with how tall the truck is and hopefully lower it enough for the trailer to sit right. Just trying to see if anyone might know how tall or what brand the lift is im kinda afraid pulling those small blocks out will give it a prerunner look i don't want. Anyway just trying to get a little info and opinions before i get 1200 dollar tires lol

IDK - looks like a cheapo 4" lift. That stack o' blocks in the rear is dangerous. I really like the PMF blocks - one solid unit. Maybe you could lift your trailer?! I think the current wheels/tires look fine. If you lower it, 35s will probably rub when turning.

Looks like a 4.5" Icon kit to me. Notice the welded plates on the front mounts.
Here's a link. ICON Ford SuperDuty/Excursion 4.5" Hanger and Shackle Kit w/ Bash Bar

Only plan on lowering the rear by that 2in block or even getting a solid 5in block instead dont really want to lift tge trailer if i don't have too
