Heater hose at top reads 83.5 after idling for 15 minutes. Ambient air temp is 60. Radiator is at 100 after a five Mile drive.

So I took this valve off and it appears that the seals are ok. I did order the seals from riffraff diesel so I'm going to put those in place I think. Where does this black vitron o ring go for the valve stem?

Scratch that. I found a small piece of the seal shaved off. But still not sure where the third seal goes.

What's the third one you're talking about? IIRC, that white stem comes out of that valve body and there's an O ring in there.

The valve stem comes out of that housing. Bit of a trick to getting it out, but here's a
showing the whole fuel bowl rebuild, somewhere in there he's covers this.

What is that fitting there? The big one under the steel line. It's leaking to my driver's wheel well. Some sort of brake line by the looks. Thought it was my power steering cap or oil cooler at first but I caught it Sunday and the brake fluid is down.

The seal that gives isn't facing the camera in that shot. Interesting colored fluid on the O-rings... methinks you may be due for injector O-rings. Was the fuel filter black per chance?

Can't remember it was a while ago. It was a wix filter but I switched back to motorcraft. I think it was dark gray. I don't know what color the element was to start with because I didn't own the truck. It doesn't smoke or burn oil. I did have fuel and dry oil from the valley on my fingers when took it off so it possibly got on the seals.

Thanks SaintITC! I'll be doing my fuel bowl soon along with the Hutch and Harpoon mods. I want to do the whole fuel system at once.
