Broke delay wiper function during stereo install

Hello All,

I put a double din Kenwood in my 2001 F250 V10 two weeks ago. I added a backup camera that wired to the taillights and came up through the floor below the brake pedal. No speakers or amps. I used the Crutchfield connector to connect to my wiring harness and posi products connectors to connect to the stereo so I think I'm okay at the stereo when it comes to connections.

A few days later the delay and mist features stopped working on my wipers. If I push the button to get one sweep, or turn them on at any delay setting, they will go up about six inches and stop. Moving to a new delay setting moves them about an inch. They work just fine on normal or fast but do not park in the down position, they stop as soon as I turn them off. They do sweep three times and park correctly if I hold the button for the sprayers.

I've read several posts and some say it's the stalk or a bad connection but something happened this morning that I thought might narrow it down..or it might be totally unrelated.

I parked the truck on Thursday and it sat for the weekend. When I came out Monday morning it unlocked and started just fine but the stereo was back in setup mode like I had just plugged it in for the first time. My assumption is it lost power but the battery is new, the truck ran just fine and the stereo worked normally all the way to work after I reset everything.

During the install I was under the dash a bit near the E-brake and steering column bringing the backup camera wiring in and I unbolted the fuse panel and moved it around but didn't do anything to it before bolting it back up. Is there a single wire or location that could cause the wiper issue and a power loss to the stereo?

Sorry for the long post, just trying to provide as much info as possible and thanks for any help you can provide.
