I didn't change any of the wiring for the incandescent lamps (which are all using LED bulbs). I soldered the wiring for the LED strip light to the switch in the existing fixture.s

...but was one lamp wired backwards B4 you got the RV?

The incandescent fixtures? I have no idea. I don't think they matter which way +/- is connected. I specifically tested the new LED strip light to make sure I had it wired the right way. It only works one way, so it's either right or it isn't.
