Well no luck today. Replaced the wire to drivers seat belt pretensioner to within 1 inch of the charge canister. Think I will find another pretensioner.

Talked to some pros on this today. There feeling is the pretensioners are in fact blown. I have both the drivers and the passenger side coming.

Could be, if the air bag event popped both bags, as it seems both went off & were replaced.

Got the new to me pretensioners installed no airbag codes.Yea. And after getting the old ones out the passenger side definitely was blown and i am now sure the drivers was also. So live and learn. On with some more fixes.

Ok good feedback & way to hang in there on your trouble shoot putting things right as you went, so now you likely have a solid repair.
This thread will likely come in handy for others trouble shooting their SRS woes.
