Proud owner of a '52 F3 and I'm hoping to start the resto-mod on it shortly I want to keep the stock engine, body, and interior, but improve the trans, rear end, and brakes.

I did look at the poll but I would of still said tha 48 to 52 were the most popular on this site. I have a 55 hell I like'm all .

I voted for my 48 F1. Originally I needed a project truck to haul parts for the other roadster project and for a daily driver. I found this on the bulletin board at So-Cal Arizona. I bought it for the original AZ title and 48 is just one year off of my birthday. Here is a link to my build thread.

I'm a '48 F1..built painted a turquoise color with a 6 cylinder..now 69 years later a V8 getting ready for a Vermillion red paint job

The title says 1948. The VIN says very late 1949. I call it a 48. I voted 1949. All numbers match. Confused yet?
