Coolant waterfall

So earlier today I was driving home to grab lunch I had to get on the gas a little more than normal then less then two minutes after this I got home got it and immediately heard a stream of something pouring out so I crawled under to look and it was coolant. It was coming it off a seem between what im guessing is the front of the oil pan just behind/under the crankshaft pully

Most likely your water pump gave out. There's a weep hole that when the pump goes bad it dumps the coolant thru there.

When mine went out, it was pouring out bigger than the size of a pencil.

Nothing to be paranoid about. I just did the water pump on mine today, along with a Coolant flush and new 180* thermostat. It's actually easier on the SDs than the OBS in a few ways. Just go with Motorcraft or Alliant on the pump.

If it is the water pump you should pull the oil cooler and replace the orings since you have to drain the coolant for both jobs. Sort of a while you're in there maintenance thing. I had to replace my water pump at 235xxx miles so I did the water pump radiator oil cooler orings thermostat and a Cascade dish washer liquid and distilled water flush.

Dam it, now need to order o-rings seals for the heat exchanger!
My truck has the same milage!

It's more what it is than what it's called. Our radiators, trans coolers, cab heaters and oil coolers are all forms of heat exchangers...
